This is a brand new mushroom to the farm! Beech mushrooms have brown, grey, and white mottled pattern on the caps and have an aroma similar pioppino mushrooms, but with a completely different flavor. These mushrooms have a nutty flavor that is a combination of cashew and pecan. We are still learning a lot about this mushroom and are excited to cook with it more!
